Before Build, Ship & Scale, Harry and Josh were each responsible for building AI systems inside seven-figure marketing agencies. They were not advising from the outside—they were accountable for making the systems work inside live operations.

The first system should relieve the active constraint stopping the business from growing. Once that constraint moves, we target the largest controllable cost while the business grows towards the next one.

Sometimes the right answer replaces a manual operation. Often it makes a strong team far more productive. Either way, the system has to improve capacity, retention or profitability.

Who we are built for

We are typically the right fit for agencies and info businesses doing more than $50,000 a month with proven demand and a fulfilment process that works but has hit a capacity, quality or cost ceiling.

We are probably not the right fit for a new business still validating its offer or delivery model. Automation compounds an operation; it should not be used to avoid building one.

The first production-ready version is delivered within 45 days. You own the finished system, and our maintenance team can remain available for fixes, questions and new features.
