If you email Build, Ship & Scale or complete our system assessment, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, email address, company details, answers about your operation and any meeting details you submit. We use it to respond, assess whether there is a fit and continue the conversation you requested.

Please do not send sensitive personal information, passwords or production credentials through an initial email.

Technical information

Information created when the website is used.

Our hosting infrastructure may process ordinary request information such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, date and time, and security or error logs. This information is used to deliver, protect and maintain the website.

Our system assessment and scheduling experience is embedded from ROASForm. When you open or complete it, ROASForm may process ordinary technical information and the answers or scheduling details you choose to submit. This site does not contain an account system or payment flow.

Sharing and retention

Limited to operating the website and responding to you.

Information may be processed by service providers used for hosting, email, forms, scheduling and business operations. We do not sell personal information. We retain correspondence and operating records only for as long as reasonably needed for the conversation, service, security, legal or record-keeping purpose involved.
